As the only girl child in a family, they grew up in a strict environment with limited freedom to expand their social circle and spend time with friends due to the perception that it was inappropriate for a girl. This has left their feeling suffocated and longing for a change in their current lifestyle. Unfortunately, these circumstances have unintentionally led to bouts of depression and questioning of their life's purpose. These photos represent anyone’s childhood experiences and how they overcame them.
